There are 3 levels of training in the traditional Usui Reiki practice. Each higher level builds on the previous level of training. Level 1 shown below is how to get started as a Reiki practitioner and healer.
Level 1 Attunement and Training

- Handouts detailing the level 2 training that can be inserted into the Practicing Reiki handbook
- Level 2 certification
- The second attunement and an amplified ability to channel Reiki and work with its subtle energies

- 2 Reiki sessions at The Reiki Experience
- Attend 2 The Reiki Experience workshops and participate in giving Reiki to others
