We will examine the shadow of gratitude: entitlement and taking others, ourselves, and everything for granted. We will also receive a Tao blessing of Dao Sheng De Yang, which means the Tao gives birth to infinite virtues to nourish us.

Journey from Manipulation into Service
We will examine the shadow of service: manipulation and taking advantage of others. We will also receive a Tao Blessing of "Mu Bu Wang Shi, Er Bu Wang Ting, Kou Bu Wang Yan, Nao Bu Wang Xiang", which means "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil, think no evil."

This class will use the Five Elements Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Theory to break down an understanding of disease and imbalance in the body. We combine classroom instruction on the theory with movement sequences designed to unblock our meridians, or energy pathways in the body.
We will combine medical science with spiritual practice and body movement to create both an intellectual and embodied understanding of TCM. We will use our breath to create states of connection with Source energy.
We learn to come into harmony at the soul, heart, energy, mind, and body levels.
Each class will consist of 20 minutes of TCM theory knowledge sharing and 20 minutes of Qigong practice. We will talk science and we will talk spirituality. Class will be held in person at the Awareness Center and on ZOOM. Link is emailed out one hour before class time and replays are available.

Integration of all 10 Shadows
In this lesson, we learn the method of giving awareness and compassion to all of our shadows as lessons that are turning up to further our healing. Raven Lee, founder of the Integrated Shakti Reiki lineage and author of Unbinding the Soul teaches us the ABDCE method and leads us in her Radiant Heart meditation. Winnie concludes by offering us a blessing to help us see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil, and most significantly think no evil.
