Integration of all 10 Shadows

In this lesson, we learn the method of giving awareness and compassion to all of our shadows as lessons that are turning up to further our healing. Raven Lee, founder of the Integrated Shakti Reiki lineage and author of Unbinding the Soul teaches us the ABDCE method and leads us in her Radiant Heart meditation. Winnie concludes by offering us a blessing to help us see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil, and most significantly think no evil.
