Journey from Grief into Joy and Love

We will examine the shadow of love: heart walls, grief, rejection, isolation, and loneliness. We will also do a Kundalini yoga Kriya (reserve energy set) and receive a Tao blessing of Da Ai which means the Greatest Love to integrate the light and shadow of love.
