If you are a beginner, make a list of every person that you think have “wronged” you and come ready to let it go.
If you are advanced, after you make the list, cross it out and see the perfection / blessings that came out of each pain. Practice the Diamond Sutra, which is seeing life as a dream and that everything is an illusion. Practice humility “I don’t know God’s plan”, or “I don’t know what I don’t know”, aka the reason I got mad is because of my blind spots.

WEAR SOMETHING TO DANCE IN. I welcome you to bring rattles or drums to make some noise. This weekend I received a transmission in Tao Dance, giving me the empowerment to channel a field of vibration.

This week we are most blessed to have Jessica Hagan co-facilitate. She is a family constellations facilitator, which offers a unique way to heal family dynamics, ancestral trauma, and dysfunctional patterns.
