Journey from Denial into Compassion
We will examine the shadow of compassion: suppressing our expression, not listening, understanding, and accepting of self and others. We will also receive a Tao blessing of Da Ci Bei which means the Greatest Compassion to integrate the light and shadow of compassion.
How much fighting are you doing with yourself? If you are having constant conversations where you invalidate yourself or deny your feelings, you are in a state of suffering. If you aren’t listening or understanding of yourself, how much actual listening or understanding are you doing of others? Compassion is the key to connection.
