Journey from Unworthiness into Humility

We will examine the shadow of humility: unworthiness, ego, arrogance, judgment, competition, and comparison. We will also do the Kriya for Liver, Stomach, and Colon and receive a Tao blessing of Da Qian Bei which means the Greatest Humility to integrate the light and shadow of humility.

How often do you put people on pedestals and when they eventually disappoint you, you devalue them? Or how often are you doing it to yourself, one day thinking you are the best thing since sliced bread and the next thinking you are useless and unworthy of love? This cycle of arrogance, judgment, and unworthiness is the attachment to the ego. Ego is necessary but not the boss, yet many of us walk around with our ego being the end all be all while overvaluing or undervaluing situations, people, jobs, and places. Humility is the embodiment of knowing that we are not better or worse than anyone.
